The Prog-Rock Diner with your hostess Debbie Sears has been serving up heaping portions of progressive music in Fairfax County since 1991!  The show features a variety of tasty musical morsels focusing on progressive rock with a dash of classic rock and sometimes a surprise to spice things up.  Once in awhile special guests will join Debbie in the studio or on the phone with insights on their music or on progressive music in general.  You might also hear an interview that Debbie has done 'on the road' with such notable progressive musicians like Dave Cousins (The Strawbs), Mike Keneally(various), Roine Stolt (The Flower Kings) or many others she has interviewed at progressive festivals and shows.
