Members returning to the station after winter hiatus will find all new equipment being installed in Studios A and B, the culmination of over seven years of planning to fully integrate digital technology into the television side of FPA’s production facilities. New cameras and pedestals, as well as to upgrade the video switcher in Studio B and replace TelePrompTer software in both studios.

As an added bonus, one of the cameras in each studio will be equipped with a wide-angle lens that will allow for 20% more coverage area, especially helpful on shows with large set areas, multiple guests or live audiences.

To celebrate this phase in our upgrade, members should watch their mailboxes in March for an invitation to our Spring Mixer, a celebration of moving forward.
