Fairfax Public Access Producers are looking for volunteers
for the following:
My name is Michele Bailey. I am a trained chef and a certified Producer with the Fairfax Public Access TV Fairfax VA. I am in the process of launching a cooking show “Michele’s Island Kitchen” that will feature a fusion of cultures and foods. The show theme will be very Caribbean and tropical. My passion for cooking began in my Grandmother’s Kitchen back in Jamaica and lead me to a culinary career at the Ritz Carlton, Tyson’s Corner.

Lih Young, the producer of the show “Freedom Times” is looking for a full crew to help in her show. From camera operators, to CG, Technical Directors and Editors. John Monsul is looking for a
CG operator (a CG trainee is a possibility) and an audio
person for his show "Communicating Today," a talk/variety
show, in Studio "A" from 7:00 – 10:00 p.m. He has
recorded over 400 shows since 1990. If you are interested in this

Maria Harris is looking for an audio
person, a CG operator and a technical
director for her show "Taking the dis from disAbility,"
a communication vehicle for all disability organizations nationwide
to display their message to the Washington DC market. Anyone interested

Steve Vlahovich is looking for camera
operators for his show "Photographs of Northern Virginia,"
which features photographers and their work as well as discussions
of their work. The show will record in studio "A". Anyone

Tom Gause is looking for a
full crew, particularly a director and CG/DEKO operator for
his show "Making a Difference." He has recorded 145, 28-minute
shows that are mostly about the environment. His recording times depend
on the availability of crew members, although he prefers to record
on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons. "Making a Difference"
panelists range from ambassadors to top executives and non-governmental
organizations. Anyone interested in this volunteer opportunity should

James Parmelee is looking for volunteers
for his show "Washington Waypoints - Northern Virginia Republican
TV," which will record in Studio "A". He is looking
primarily for camera operators, but all volunteers would be appreciated!

Lindsey Gustin is looking for an
audio person and camera operators
for her show "Recipes From The Chef’s Kitchen," which
records every Tuesday afternoon at FPA in studio "A" from
1:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. Anyone interested in this volunteer opportunity

Rick and Ana Sapp are looking for
all classes of volunteers for the following shows:
* The Nooz which records in Studio B and features
skit comedy developed by the guests and artists as well as 'weird
news' items to report from around the internet and beyond.
* Bannister Banter, which records in Studio B. This is a comedy TV
Host/interview format centered around a rich, highbrow (Sloan Bannister)
and guests that are continually trying to get his money.
* Godtalk, which records one Friday each month from 7:00 - 10:00 p.m.
in Studio A. It’s a religious talk show starring Sr. Bridget
Mary Meehan discussing important social, cultural and religious issues
with her guests that include authors, speakers and religious and community
leaders.

Neville Johnston and Mary Phelan
are looking for camera operators, floor directors,

and break down the set for their show, "Telepathic TV,"
a live, metaphysical call-in show. "Telepathic TV" records
every Thursday night in Studio "A" from 7:00 p.m. –

Antonia Williams is looking for
a director, editor, graphic and/or audio person, 2-3 camera people
and one graphics/DEKO person for her show "Total Toning With

Sidney Sachs is looking for a camera
person, a graphic and/or audio person, a lighting
person and a TD person for several of his shows as follows:
* "Focus on Franconia," "To Your
Health" & "On the Go With AAUW," which record on
the fourth Wednesday of each month from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. and from
7:00 – 10:00 p.m.
* "Tracing Your Family Roots," in Studio
"A".
* "NARFE Presents," & "Rotary
Times" which will record in Studio "B".
"County Conversation," which will record
one Friday a month from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in studio "A."
Sidney tapes two, ½ hour shows each time he records, and he
says he is always willing to give new people the opportunity to help
on a show.
